The perfect pan for induction cooking is finally here!

Overheating shortens the usable life of non-stick cookware surfaces. Using magnetism from an induction hob, new NOH technology does not permit the pan temperature to exceed 230 °C. This means that the pan surface cannot be damaged by overheating on an induction hob and there is also no danger of frying oil fires.

NOH pans last longer than conventional pans and provide a better outcome when cooking. This Finnish-made cookware has a highly durable Hardtec Superior non-stick surface and is machine washable.

Guidelines for use and care

Always wash new cookware before use and remove all labels and stickers.

Even though you can put Hard Face NOH cookware in a dishwasher, washing by hand is always more gentle and prolongs the usable life of non-stick surfaces. The coating can withstand metal kitchen utensils, but is not resistant to cutting or sharp edges.

Begin cooking by heating a small amount of water or butter. The cookware has reached the correct temperature when the water has evaporated or the butter has turned golden brown. Reduce the temperature at once when the food begins to boil or fry. While Hard Face NOH cannot be heated beyond 230 °C on an induction hob, take care to avoid overheating on other types of cooking stove. A temperature of more than 250 °C will damage the non-stick surface.
